2021: The Miracle

Do you believe in miracles?
I do, I see them everyday.
From waking up
to limbs that work
to the fresh air and ability to breathe it
to the birds of the air;
things we’ve learned to take for granted.
A new year has dawned
A wonderful miracle in itself
What would happen this year?
The future is not ours to see.
We will live through it anyway
not much that we don’t have a choice
but because we have courage.
Courage to dive into the unknown every new day
Courage to love and laugh
Courage to cry and every other emotion that exists
Courage to work for a better future.
Yin and yang,
life has its good and bad moments
But do you have the courage to make this year good for you?
